It’s back! Louisiana’s “slowest” food, the crawfish, will be celebrated at the 2026 Slow Food Crawfish Boil Saturday, May 9 from 3-6 pm. Our crawfish chefs will add the usual accompaniments to the pot (sausage, corn, potatoes), but expect to be surprised at what else they may come up with that tastes great cooked in that crawdad juice!
Beer and nonalcoholic beverages will be available, but feel free to BYOB. Must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages at this event.
Definitely BYO chair if you are a sitting crawfish eater.
